Students in Aparna Dharwadker’s graduate class on modern and contemporary Indian theatre, as well as other ITS students, met on Zoom with leading Indian playwright Mahesh Elkunchwar on November 1, 2023. The conversation centered on his process in a variety of dramatic genres, his ideas of theatrical time and space, and his approach to urban realism.
