ITS students traveled to Northwestern University to participate in a two-day movement, somatics, and performance workshop led by Lukas Avendaño, muxe artist and anthropologist from the Tehuantepec isthmus in Oaxaca, Mexico. The workshop was organized by Paola Hernández, ITS Professor, and Marcela A. Fuentes, Associate Professor of Performance Studies at Northwestern.
