Anna Dolores Novak (she/they) is a first-year PhD student in Interdisciplinary Theatre Studies. With an emphasis on dramaturgy, she studies queer women’s histories, sapphic writing and the plays of María Irene Fornés.
She is interested in exploring how we write stories of the past, conversations with the archive, and how collaboration can support new methodologies for theatrical performance and exploration. They are a proud member of The Fornés Institute, and earned their master’s at the University of Glasgow.
